Association pour la formation en milieu rural – Etcharry Formation Developpement (www.afmr-etcharry.com)
AFMR was founded in 1963 with the task on training agricultural extension practitioners, whose goal was to rise to the challenges surrounding agricultural development in France. During the 1970’s the association began to widen its focus.
AFMR’s current focus and fields of action centre on the following areas:
•The reintegration of the most deprived individuals (in terms of economic opportunities), inclusion-related issues;
•Sustainable development, with a view to ensuring the long-term sustainability of economic development projects
•Training for life-long development of skills and the tailoring of these skills to changing circumstances.
P1 is responsible for the technical activities to be fulfilled in France, which means (a) the realization of the survey and analysis of the target group needed competences and skills in a developed country in business enhancement in life sciences; (b) participation to both learning products transfer, and innovative contents realization with emphasis on its own expertise in promoting partnerships
